Official Merchandise would like to make returning your item for an exchange or refund as easy as possible.

All of our products are backed by our comprehensive, no nonsense guarantee. So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (faulty/unwanted) provided the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt, and are in their original packing and in a saleable condition, we will issue an immediate refund or exchange.  If goods are returned and they’re not in their original condition, we may be unable to accept your return. You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Please email us at info@official-merchandise.com if you wish to return or exchange goods.
